However, we know online shopping can be hard, that's why we offer free shipping for your returns/exchanges! Please see below our return policy for details! - We only offer exchange or store credit if the return is initiated and postmarked within 14 days of delivery for another item (if available).
- We only offer STORE CREDIT for returns. We don't issue refunds back to your method of payment.
- The amount of your Store Credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping.
- We will send you a pre-paid return label that you will affix to the original packaging sent you.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the receive date.
- Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn.
- Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or go to your customer profile on our Website and print out your order summary.
- Store credit cannot be applied to future purchases until the return is processed. Meaning, you can not apply the store credit before we have actually issued it to you.
- Flash Sale and Sale Items are FINAL SALE!

- We do not hold items for returns or exchanges.
- Please allow 2-3 business days for return processing.
- Once your return is processed, we will email you an egift card with your store credit that you can use on the website.
- Any returns past the policy will not be accepted or store credited.
Shoe Return Policy
- Shoes must be UNWORN.
- Merchandise must be in original packaging with the original invoice included.
- Shoe returns must adhere to all of our requirements from our Return Policy above.
